Monday Sept. 14^th at 6:00 PM is the deadline for entry forms at regular fees.
Tuesday & Wednesday entry forms will be accepted at double fee until 6:00 PM
Thursday Sept. 17^th from 1:00PM to 6:00 PM - bring in your exhibits.
All exhibits must be in place and ready for judging by 6:00PM, please allow time for this!
No public allowed in building during judging
Please use a separate form or piece of paper for each person entering.
No removal of exhibits before 5:00 PM Sunday
Enclose fees with form; please make cheque payable to Luxton Fair.
