Entries: Mail to the above address, Email to above, or phone entries accepted until Tuesday, September 15'th before 9:00 PM. . All entry methods MUST include your postal mailing address and phone number.

  1. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 11'th and include entry fees. Once your animal is entered, all entry fees must be paid and are non-refundable. E-mailed entries greatly preferred!
  2. All carriers must be leak proof.
  3. All fur, breed fur, and wool entries must also be entered in breed class.
  4. All rabbits/cavies must be in the Show Room by 8:30 AM on Saturday and remain in the barn until 6:00 PM on Sunday. A COMMITTEE MEMBER WILL BE ON HAND FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18'TH FROM  6:00 PM TO 7:30 PM to accept your animals.
  5. Any rabbit/cavy showing symptoms of illness of any kind will not be allowed in the Showroom.
  6. Priority for space will be given to Exhibitors' Show animals with "Sale" animals having secondary space.
  7. An ARBA Registrar will be in attendance and can tattoo animals BEFORE judging commences
  8. After judging commences, no animal is to be removed from its cage other than for judging until completion of judging.
  9. ALL RABBITS/CAVIES MUST COME THROUGH THE PENWOOD GATE. NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.

Entries: Mail to the above address, Email to above, or phone entries accepted until Tuesday, September 15'th, before 9:00 PM. All late entries will be subject to a late fee of $2.00 per entry. All entry methods MUST include your postal mailing address, phone number and email. 

Judges:
Saturday - Cavy Show Judge - 
Sunday - Cavy Show Judge - .

ENTRY FEES:

Breed Class - $3.00/entry/Show
Boar/Sow/Litter - $3.00/entry/Show (litter must consist of 3 young at & be 2-1/2 weeks old).
