Entry fee: .50 per entry. One entry per person per class.

        General Rules for Entries:  *Entry form must be received by 6 pm Wednesday September 14^th

1.        Deadline for entry forms at regular fee is Monday September 12^th at 6 pm

2.        Late entry forms will be accepted at Double Fee on Tuesday 13^th and Wednesday 14^th until 6 pm

3.        Entry forms must be received before 6 pm Wednesday; please leave your entry form in the box beside the door. Entry forms may also be mailed, see entry form for address.

4.        Bring your exhibits (articles entered) to the Luxton Hall on Thursday the 15^th between 1 pm and 6 pm

5.        Judging starts at 7 pm sharp so please give yourself time to set up your exhibits.

6.        Exhibits and any prize money awarded must be picked up Sunday the 18^th from 5 to 6 pm

Given to the person with the highest points in the Photography Section

o       All added material to a photo display distracts from the value of the photographic image

o         All photos must be mounted on a dark blue or black background.

           Protect your photos, mount them securely on construction paper or poster board backing with a maximum 1 ½” border

o         Photography is the recording and manipulation of light. Therefore, colour, black & white, traditional film and digital photography will be accepted in all classes
